Returns and Warranty
Any product being shipped back to MoonDance Hot Tubs & Spas requires a Return Goods Authorization (see below).
In-Stock Item Returns
In-stock products can be returned to MoonDance Hot Tubs & Spas in person or by customer-prepaid shipment. Items must be in good order, unused and in original unmarked packaging.The original receipt must accompany the return.A restocking charge will be applied to items returned fourteen (14) calendar days after the product has been picked up or delivered to the customer.A full refund less any original shipping charges will be made to the customers original credit card. Non-Returnable Items Purchases that are non-returnable include special order items, custom orders, partially or completely installed and/or assembled items, and final sale items.
Return Goods Authorization
If a product needs to be returned, MoonDance Hot Tubs & Spas will issue the customer a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). A product returned without a RGA may not be processed and may be subjected to administrative and delivery charges. Return requests can be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All product warranties are the warranties of the manufacturers and are not the responsibility of MoonDance Hot Tubs & Spas. Replacements or exchanges for products or parts under warranty will be at the discretion of the manufacturer and subject to manufacturer approval.MoonDance Hot Tubs & Spas will not be responsible for any costs associated with the warranty of a manufacturer’s item.
